Arizona Chia Seed Company is closed …what happened?

I just went to place an order and they say they and their Subsidiaries have terminated retail sales. What happened Does anyone know?

The Arizona Chia Company has been acquired by another company which only distributes ground chia through health food stores.

However, company owner, Wayne Coates, will remain with the new, reorganized company, and assures us that online sales will resume soon, although at a different website.
