It you want to make soup, stew, or a hot pot, then a food processor makes the chore of grating and chopping vegetables much easier.

Juicer – a somewhat luxurious item but worth its cost if you can stretch your budget that far.

When on a detox diet food preparation and cooking is usually very easy.  This is how to do it. In most cases you can put together the dishes in the select menus in a little over a quarter of an hour.
