I’m allergic to a lot of foods.. Please help!

I went for an allergy test and I found I was allergic to A LOT of stuff. Be prepared..
Milk (& stuff like cheese or yogurt obviously)
All Citrus fruits
Tomatoes
Most fish/seafood
Fragrances & perfumes
Some others that he said I should not eat are Cucumber, Celery, Apples, Carrots, Lettuce, Sunflower seeds, zucchini, and anything to do with Grass or Ragweed. My doctor said I’m not SEVERELY allergic to the point where I throw up or pass out or anything but I do feel very very nauseous and I get stomach cramps. The only thing I take a severe reaction to is grass.. which he said a lot of foods that I mentioned above can fall in that category as well.
Someone, please help me. I have no idea what to eat anymore. I’ve been eating things like bread and water for a few days and I know I need vitamins and things. I’m lost with this, any help would be appreciated, please.
Did your doctor not set you up an appointment with a dietician? If not make sure he does. They will set you up a diet to work for you. I am also allergic to many of the same food group such as citrus and milks etc. I would get a second opinion from another doctor as they can tend to get things wrong. I get a skin reaction when I consume foods I am allergic to, however taking antihistamines such as loratadine stops my reaction completely. Check with your doctor if you can do something similar. Keep a food diary to show things that may be causing problems.
You should be able to eat chicken and oats and green veg. My diet consists of mainly these things and I am fine. Hope that helps
