I need help Growing Artichokes?

I recently planted to artichoke seeds in a small pot in my house. I live in St. george Utah. When will the seeds germinate or begin to sprout?? This is my first time ever growing artichokes and I could use some help. Thanks!

give em a few weeks to germinate, don’t let the plot dry out, and you shouldn’t have any problems
