If I cut open my spaghetti squash and it was dried out in the center and the seeds had begun to sprout?

does that mean it is not good to eat?
I paid almost $6.00 for it and I was really looking forward to eating it!

i’d say plant the sprouts and eat what they grow into. I wouldn’t eat it if the inside is growing. I haven’t seen any of the ones I grow do that.
