paint choices for new plaster after mist coat.?

I’ve had my lounge, hallway and bedroom skimmed. These rooms have been mainly skimmed over the original plaster, but in someplaces the orginal plaster has been removed and replace with plasterboard and in one area it moved back to brick and totally replaster with sand cement and bonding and then skimmed. It’s been 5 weeks now and it looks dry (a light pink shade) all over in all rooms. I’m going to do a mist coat first using contract emulation thinned out to 20% to 25% with water. However what paint choices have I got for my second coat? I would like be able to added any colour of my choice but these trade paints only come in very basic colours e.g. white and magnolia. Or can I use a a dulux matt or silk standard emulution? Do they contain vinyl? Would they stop the deeper unskimmed plaster from breathing? I’m a being paranoid

use the watered down coating followed by a normal coat of the same paint if you have enough left over otherwise just use any normal make and colour you wish but you will need 2 or maybe 3 coats
