what are the effects of shani mahadasha in mithun rasi?

My DOB is 10/22/1978 Place Indore (M.P) Time 01:29 AM and my name start with letter “K”.
I consult with pandit and he mention to me my GURU is strong and suggested to wear “Pukraj” 7.25 ratti or more since I have Shani Mahadasha for 19 Years.
But I was reading article in here and found during saturn period you should wear “Blue Sapphir” but pandit said no to me also I consult another pandit and he mention it is good to wear “Black Stone” in middle finger on Tuesday Morning after praying “Hanuman Chalisa”.
My concern is okay to wear “Pukraj” and Black stone or should I wear Blue (Neelam).
Please advice also is the mahadasha last for 19 years upto 2026 what will be major effect and mean time I am doing Shani mantra daily Shani Chalisa daily going to temple and offering Masturd oil with black seed to god Shani and will donate my clothes shoes etc..
Should I wear black and blue color clothes or not.
