Please help with conceiving!!!!!?

Me and my gf we have been trying for somewhere around 4 to 6 months i worked out every day but havent as much im in great shape though i am trying drinking lots of water and gatorade everyday nothing but that. and i am eating peanuts and pumpkin seeds is that good for a guy to do ?? i am trying every day to make it easier to conceive we want a kid and are tired of waiting !!!! it seems like forever is there anything else i can do i also take vitamins with zinc and folic acid and iron. is there anything else i can try to do we have been having sex every other day

it takes normal couples up to a year of trying,, you both should be a healthy weight (not over or under) you shouldn’t exercise too much, not drinking alcohol, no smoking, no drugs, drink plenty of water, no caffeine, healthy diet. Prenatal vitamins for her. Sex every other day.. She can also use other fertility tracking things to help increase chances.. BBT charting CM charting, Ovulation Kits etc..
