Which is better Organic Chia Seeds or Organic Flax seeds?Ordo they both have the same nutritional value?

im shopping for a healthy snack to add bulk/fiber to my meals.
which on should i go with?

I really like chia better than flax because it doesnt spoil and it has more nutrition. I get mine from www.herbspicetea.com . I actually had to grind mine because I dont have enough digestive enzymes to break anything down but Im getting better.

All chia is organic really because it does not have any bugs that attack it so it never has to be sprayed. Chia is higher in omega 3s , calcium, magnesium etc than flax. I also like acia berry powder which I recently found which is high on the OREK value and also considered a super food.
