fenugreek for breaskmilk supply?
i have been breast and bottle feeding and my milk supply is dwindling to only 1/2 feed a day, i want to increase breastfeeds and decrease bottles, however the fenugreek tablets are very expensive so i bought the seeds and made a tea, the shop assistant said i had to chew on the seeds also but i am not sure if i’m soppossed to swallow them? Also it tastes disgusting, can i add sugar or will that alter its affect? How long til my supply should pick up if i offer breast before bottle each feed? My baby is 4 months old, thanks
I bought 200 capsules today at GNC for under $14, well worth the money of not having to taste it in tea 
…I hate tea that tastes bad.
