I need to lose 45 pounds?
ok I am a female, 23 yrs old. I weigh 190 about 5′ 3″ tall. If you were to see me naked you would be able to tell I have had 2 children because of the belly, although it’s not THAT bad compared to others. And my other problem areas seem to be love handles and thighs and upper arms. I am obese for my height, so I really should lose 60 pounds, but I only want to lose 40-45, cause I like to have some meat on my body. So….the question is if I only eat Lean Turkey, and blend raw fruits and veggies to drink, and also drink plenty of water and combine exercise will this work, and in what time frame could I begin to see a dramatic change?
By the way, I also take various supplements, but I rotate them each day, to keep it different and have variety, anyways the supplements that I mix up are these: cinnamon, cayenne fruit, spirulina, b12, b6, flax seed oil, vitamin c, calcium, cod liver oil, L-Carnitine.
OH ALSO I drink lots of natural green tea throughout the day.
