Is this a healthy, balanced, vegan meal plan?
Glass of juice: 1 carrot; 1 stalk of celery; water.
Trail mix: Handful each of sunflower seeds; almonds, peanuts; Brazil nuts; pumpkin seeds.
Fried mushrooms: Half a cup of mushrooms; splash of wheat germ oil and a diced tomato.
Oatmeal: 1 cup of oats; 1 ½ cups of fortified oat milk; 1 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses; 1 sliced banana.
Fruit snack: 1 banana; 1 apple.
Black eyed beans and vegetables: 1 cup of black-eyed beans; frozen mixed vegetables; 1 sliced lemon.
Smoothie: 2 oranges; 1 cup of spinach; half a cup of mixed berries; half a cup of kale; 1 tablespoon of nori flakes; 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal; 1 teaspoon of soaked chia seeds; spirulina.
Supplements: Vitamin B12
Is this a balanced meal plan for a day?
