Storage question for raw food bread – Should I store it in the fridge or pantry?
I recently bought a vacuum sealer and vacuum sealed portions of this raw food bread.
I made the bread in a dehydrator, starting Friday night and finishing Saturday morning.
The recipe is:
carrot pulp, flax powder, chia powder, olive oil (small amount), sesame seeds, water and spics.
The “bread” is a bit like a cracker biscuit that is soft.
I vacuum wrapped it just a few moments ago (Monday evening Australian time).
Should I store it in the fridge or pantry?
How long will it last?
The guidebook says cookiers/crackers last 1 – 2 weeks normally in the pantry and 3 to 6 weeks in the pantry when vacuum sealed so I’m assuming this is the case but not sure.
Thanks
I would put it in the fridge because of mold growth. I keep my bread in the fridge. Also keep air tight too.
