Do chia seeds give you energy to run?
My mom is reading a book called “Born to Run” and it said that they would drink this drink that contained chia seeds and it would give them energy to run for miles and miles. I am doing track and i was wonder if be beneficial to drink this during the season.
P.S. these are the same seeds used in chia pets
